I came across this article because it was linked on the FdB substack. Held my interest (not all of them do). l live in some other universe than these people. I've never heard of Mr. Beast or Clubhouse. I mean, I've been in a few clubhouses in my time, and that's what they used to call my kids' after-school program 20+ years ago, but this sounds like some sort of spoken version of a Social Justice Reddit thread (which are also insufferable). As you indicate, more a performance than a conversation. "I will not be ignored!" (petulant IW version of Glenn Close).
You could have started off with the 'ole "I wasted my afternoon listening to these sad sacks so you wouldn't have to."
